• All visitors and players are legally bound by these Terms upon entering or booking
• Bookings via WhatsApp, Instagram, website or front desk — non-transferable
• Walk-ins on availability; advance bookings take priority
• Combat Arena can refuse service to previous rule violators

• Treat all equipment with care
• Respect all players and staff
• No aggressive, abusive or threatening behavior
• No smoking, alcohol or illegal substances on premises
• No sharing of paid station access
• Keep food and drinks away from all equipment
• Violations result in: immediate removal, temporary or permanent ban, police complaint if criminal

• Report any pre-existing damage before session starts or the player is liable
• No tampering, modifying or installing unauthorized software on any equipment
• Combat Arena is not responsible for loss of game progress or accounts

• Tournament rules provided at registration
• Combat Arena decisions on scoring/disqualification are final
• Prize pools distributed within 7 days to winners present at the arena
• Cheating or exploiting = immediate disqualification + permanent ban
• Combat Arena can cancel/reschedule tournaments — players notified via WhatsApp

By using Combat Arena equipment, you accept full liability for any damage caused during your session. Damage charges follow the schedule outlined in our Privacy Policy → Section 11. Payment is required before leaving the premises or within 24 hours.
