Refund Policy

1.Overview

At Combat Arena, we aim to provide the best gaming experience possible. This Refund Policy explains when refunds are available and how to request them. By booking a station or registering for a tournament, you agree to this policy.

2.Gaming Station Bookings

✓ Eligible for Refund
  • ✓Cancellation made 2+ hours before booking time: full refund
  • ✓Technical failure of equipment during your session with no alternative offered: refund for unused time
  • ✓Arena closure due to unforeseen circumstances (power cut, emergency): full refund or reschedule
✗ Not Eligible
  • ✗Cancellation less than 2 hours before booking: no refund
  • ✗No-show (not arriving for your booked slot): no refund
  • ✗Early departure by player's own choice: no refund for remaining time
  • ✗Damage caused — damage charges are separate and non-refundable

3.Tournament Entry Fees

✓ Eligible
  • ✓Tournament cancelled by Combat Arena: full refund of entry fee
  • ✓Player withdrawal 24+ hours before tournament: full refund
✗ Not Eligible
  • ✗Withdrawal less than 24 hours before tournament: no refund
  • ✗Disqualification for rule violations: no refund
  • ✗No-show on tournament day: no refund

4.Membership Plans

  • Membership fees are non-refundable once activated
  • If Combat Arena is unable to provide service for 7+ consecutive days, a pro-rated credit will be offered for the downtime period
  • Membership can be paused once per month for up to 7 days with prior notice

5.Night Packages

  • Night packages (₹500 flat) are non-refundable once the session begins
  • If the session is interrupted by a technical failure caused by Combat Arena, a compensatory session will be offered on next visit

6.How to Request a Refund

  3. 3Our team reviews and responds within 48 hours
  4. 4Approved refunds are processed within 5–7 business days to original payment method
  5. 5Cash bookings receive cash refunds in-store only

7.Non-Refundable Situations Summary

The following are never refundable under any circumstances: damage charges, theft penalties, no-show bookings, tournament disqualifications, and completed gaming sessions.
