- Chatbot conversations: messages typed, timestamp, device type. We do NOT store names through the chatbot unless voluntarily given.

- Technical / Automatic: browser type, device type, pages visited. We do NOT use advertising cookies.
- Third-party services used: Google Maps, Supabase, Lovable AI

11.Property Damage & Equipment Liability Policy
11.1 — Your Responsibility
By entering and using Combat Arena equipment, you agree you are fully responsible for any damage caused during your session including: monitors, PCs, controllers, keyboards, mice, racing wheels, VR headsets, chairs, consoles, cables, and furniture.

Combat Arena reserves the right to charge full market replacement value of any damaged product.
11.3 — Theft & Stolen Property
- Immediate removal from premises
- Permanent ban enforced
- Full replacement charges demanded immediately
- Formal police complaint (FIR) filed under Indian Penal Code
- CCTV footage recorded 24/7 and provided to law enforcement
11.4 — Spillage & Accidental Damage
- Spillage on equipment: minimum ₹500 – ₹5,000 cleaning charge
- Permanent damage from spillage: full replacement charges apply
- Keep food and drinks away from equipment at all times
11.5 — Inspection & Payment
- Equipment inspected before and after every session
- Damage payment required before leaving premises or within 24 hours
- Refusal to pay may result in legal action under Indian civil and criminal law
